I have worked in many different industries over the years. In my earlier work years I was employed as Bookkeeper, Payroll Manager, Office Manager and Finance Assistant.

For the major part of my worklife, I have been employed in the Accounting Software industry and have gained excellent experience in the following areas:

Software Consultancy and Project Management.
Software Installation and Implementation, including Networking.
Software and Accounting Training (Both writing courses and teaching).
Software Development including creating suites of Management/Financial reports.
Customer Support (on site, online & by telephone).

More recently, I have set up the Consultancy business and have expanded into the Education sector. Most of my time is taken up just now by writing Distance Learning Courses for ICB Bookkeeping qualifications and Sage50 Accounts Certifications. I expect to expand these courses to encompass the AAT qualifications in the near future and after that....
...maybe I'll write a course on Surviving a Saturday night in town!!
