Previously involved with sales in the Security industry and more specifically Corporate Accounts. The roles held was Regional and Internal Account Manager. This entailed daily management of 30+ named accounts.
My experience up to that date, had been in administration and analysis of internal systems and company performance. Plus involvement with a Telecommunication company in line with NRSWA and wayleaves, to gain legal entry across Serious Engineering Difficulties.
Allocated to 1st Wave of Six Sigma Black Belts in UK.
Trained in Paris, France over 4 week period by SBTI during 2004 on the DMAIC methodology.
Obtained Black Belt certification in 2006 with 2 projects, one totalling $250,000 saving with a DPMO reduction of over 50% and the other a purely quality project with DPMO reduction of over 50%.

2000 - 2003This was predominately an office based role.
Allocated a number of accounts who needed a high level of man management in regards to their day to day information requirements.
Managing Installation and Service work with local company offices, liaising with customer Head and local office personnel.

Developing internal monitoring reports on behalf of colleagues.
