COLP – Peru LNG Plant Project (PLNG)
Grass roots LNG liquefaction plant-4, 45 MTPA. Assigned as part of the PMT in Contractor (CB&I) offices to oversee the FEED Validation & EPC phase of the project. Responsible for Static and Rotating Machinery equipment items, for the Inlet area (Gas KO drum, inlet metering), Acid Gas Removal (BASF)-AGR Absorber-Regen, HP Flash, Reflux drums, et al, Dehydration & Mercury Removal systems, Liquefaction (APCI), COLD BOX, LP-MP-HP Feed gas & Propane Vaporisers, sub-coolers (ACHE), Propane Desuperheaters-condensers (ACHE),Fired Heaters, Firewater systems-pumps, in tank LNG pumps, IA & SA & N2 systems and plant. Utilities, RO, waste water treatment, and CPI plant, Elevated Bog & Cold/Wet ground flares.

Karachaganak 4th Gasoline Stabilisation & Sweetening Train, (KPDL)
Pre-FEED/FEED studies relating to the addition of a fourth oil stabilisation train. Evaluate critical design criteria for the additional train in the context of future Phase III expansion. Responsible for LLI’s: API 617 Sour Ex. & LP Flash gas compressor, Turbo generators incl. GT driver selection study including cost benefit analysis., LS compressors, expander, pumps and
Gasoline Sweetening Package (MEROX), Electrostatic Desalter, API 610 Condensate Export pump, Fin fan process coolers and BOP process equipment.
Onshore Gas Development OGD-III, Habshan -Abu Dhabi (OGD-III)
EPC Gas NGL, Condensate processing Facility via Mechanical Refrigeration Process. Responsible for API 617 Vapour Recompressor –Steam turbine drive (API 612), and process Gas compressors including Stripper Overhead-VFD drive, Regeneration-Fixed speed Electric Induction motor, Residue Gas- Impulse back pressure steam turbine and VSD driven.
