- Operational improvements, cost restructuring, turnaround strategies
- Investment opportunities in listed and private companies

I have cross-cultural experience having mainly worked in the UK and France, and to a lesser extent in Continental Europe (Switzerland, Italy, Germany) and in the US.

My clients are primarily from the consumer business, retail, manufacturing and support services' sectors.
