From a general background in food sciences, I am specialised in sensory analysis.


I have learnt during 8 years different parts of the food industry (chemistry, microbiology, industrial processes, food economy, nutrition, new products development...) and have done several training period. I have been working for Givaudan's fragrance sensory department for 2 years in UK and have more than 3 years experience in the sensory field.
