My dissertation project is a FIPA compliant Multi agent framework developed in Python; Improved research skills using result research to create concrete solutions.

I was working as IT genius at Urban Garden, a 10 people company ( http://www.urbangarden.fr/ ).
- Assessed company needs to improve their internal processes
- Conducted realisation of a solution to improve and simplify company’s processes, an “Intelligent” RSS aggregator. This innovation has improved the work of the Research and development team.
- Restructured production chain modernising the communication between client’s online order and production’s place. The problem has been solved with a web application to manage: stock, suppliers order, and follow closely the production to avoid any rush in the work of the production team.

I created my own company (named Othink) in order to be able to keep on working with the SAT (previous experience) from France to finish the development of the MIDI module in PropulseArt as well as the test suit.
- Developed knowledge of key concept underpinning company’s management managing my own.
- Gained organisation skills working through remote working.
- Gained experience in development according to standard through the implementation of two RFC
Improved knowledge about software testing and interest of quality service in software production.

- Worked for a research department in an art centre on an open source real time application, Propulse[ART], designed in order to link several show places in real time thanks to Video, Audio and MIDI streams over the WAN ( http://scenic.sat.qc.ca/en/PropulseART ).
- Good team working skills gained through rewarding exchange with an experienced multi-cultural team.
- Gained analysis skills working on a big project with a lot of people involved coming from various area (artist, stage technicians, experienced developer, experienced managers, art directors, ...).
- Improved problem solving skills, I was in charge of the MIDI module from the research to the delivery of the working module.
- Produced a working prototype of the MIDI module as well as an RTP library in Python.
- Pinpointed necessity of an RTP library in Python and developed it for the good of the MIDI module.

I was part of technician team in this specialising in systems integration and hosting solutions company.
- Developed ability to solve problem by conceiving network solution thanks to client’s will regarding the final use of its network (VOIP, DMZ, Firewall, Router, ...).
- Communication and planning skills gained through the co-ordination of the communication service commissioning by the VOIP provider (B3G) and clients’ installations.
- To ensure the high availability of the clients’ servers, a member of the team is selected every week, he has to be available 24h a day to answer any clients’ problem and/or request, this experience learned me to work under pressure.
- Designed a high availability solution for web server based on MySQL replication and Linux cluster.
