-In charge of various commodities at European and Global levels, with a total annual spend of +$60m (incl global/site/CAPEX), dealing with complete bidding process and subsequent contract management (conflict, contract review, vendor audit/rating)
-Driving many outsourcing/aggressive cost reductions projects to reduce site fixed costs or improve global spend pattern
-Ensuring global corporate objectives are achieved year on year (savings, new purchasing tools, policies, compliance, electronic solutions, LCCS…)
-Responsible for the purchasing teams in the UK and in France, including day to day running and all HR-related tasks (reviews, objectives settings and reviews etc)
-Coordination of global purchasing team of the Acetate Business Unit

-Responsible for buying utilities across the group - €10m spend across Germany, UK, France, Slovakia (coordination of project, selection of suppliers, reporting…)
-Responsible for National purchasing (services, IT, Travel, tools, CAPEX, MRO, PCS, transport, lease cars, e-proc / online tools implementation…) - £25m
-Strategy, decision making and implementation in line with business strategy

-Day to day running of Procurement Team (7 staff)
