I gained a really valuable experience working in Front Office Reception for Starwood in Monaco and London with the Sofitel St James.
Passionate about luxury Hotel services , I embraced from March 2011 the challenge of a Hotel reopening : The Iconic St Ermins Hotel. This historical property offering in the heart of Westminster the best of the British tradition with a contemporary twist .

• Management of key MICE accounts within the French - Belgium - Suisse market to include 3rd party agencies and corporate meeting planners.
•Promote St. Ermin’s hotel within the French market.
•Acquisition of new and prospective clients , negotiating rates and conditions.
•Update and manage database of all French clients. Regularly put forward packages/offers and newsletters to this market.
•Management of sales strategy in MICE market as per hotel sales plan.
•Assist in selling St. Ermins Hotel to French corporate transient clients in conjunction with the Corporate Sales Team.
•Liaising with convention bureau/chamber of commerce and French associations on a regular basis to gain understanding of future business needs and trends.
•Recording statistics, client productivity and update reports for senior management.
Reactive Sales :
•Maximise sales opportunies to achieve budget and revenue targets.
•Ensure all contracts, deposits and event details are handled efficiently by the M&E Department and where necessary to ensure deadlines are met
•Arrange and conduct site inspections and educational trips for clients to promote the hotel facilities and services
•Ensure effective communication within the Conference & Events Department and throughout the hotel, particularly with Food & Beverage, Front Office and Sales
