Account Director, Talent Intelligence
I am currently serving as Account Director at Talent Intelligence, a consulting firm specialising in advising FTSE 100 and Global Fortune 500 clients on their succession planning and other critical talent issues. I manage the relationship with a number of key clients, as well as managing the delivery teams undertaking the consulting work for these clients.
Before joining Talent Intelligence, I had just over three years experience in Executive Search Research. In my role as Research Team Leader, I was responsible for coordinating the workload of the seven person Research team across our three UK locations, as well as developing research processes with the Practice Director. In addition I worked actively on Executive Search assignments across industry sectors, with a particular emphasis on board-level positions and non-executive directorships.
2007 - 2011Andrew joined Talent Intelligence in their London offices in October 2007 as a Talent Intelligence Manager, gaining promotion to Account Manager in May 2008. Since joining the company he has been working with a large UK based client in the transport logistics space, undertaking external succession planning for core leadership roles with high retention risk. Upon taking the role of Account Manager, he took additional responsibility for a global automotive supplier, benchmarking external talent against key European leadership positions. He also specialises in Competitive Intelligence Projects and Talent Pipelining activities.
2006 - 2007As a Senior Researcher and Research Team Leader I was responsible for coordinating the workload of the Research team, providing support to other researchers (especially new starters), and developing Research processes with the Practice Director. In addition I worked actively on Executive Search assignments from initial research and target listing, through to approaching candidates and report writing.
2004 - 2006Full service executive search research from attending client briefings through to managing headhunted candidates to shortlist. Undertook assignments across both the commercial and public sectors. I gained a particular expertise in Board and Non Executive Director searches.
2004 - 2004Temprary Contract - 6 months.

2001 - 2003Planning and teaching conversational English classes for all grades at a Japanese Government High School, as part of the JET Programme.
1996 - 1997Voluntary work undertaken in my gap year before University. Organised through Project Trust, I spent a full year living and working in Uganda. I taught English, Mathematics and Sport at the primary school, and French at the Secondary School.
