2010 - 2011Within the fixed income department, the team sells flow and structured credit products (Credit Derivatives, Bonds, Credit Indices, Credit Option, Collateralized Debt Obligations) to Hedge Funds and Proprietary Trading, CCR, Correl and Loan desks of all major Tier I banks.
· Ensuring efficient trade booking, fixing trade discrepancies, sending confirmations to clients for all trades.
· Analyzing credit risk exposure with clients.
· Facilitating ad hoc needs of the sales team: ISDA/CSA, KYC, set up of new credit lines, marketing events,
subscription to research, completion of projects required by the business....
· Establishing strong internal and external contacts: European Credit Sales team, Trading desks, Clients’
middle offices, Support function, Risk Department.
· Working independently, multi-tasking, under high pressure.
2008 - 2010The COO team (chief operating officer) is in charge of the daily running and development of sales and trading activities for the FIC business line (more than 400 sales and traders located on worldwide SG trading floors (London, New York, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore…).
· Issuing presentations and business plans for the business line’s managers and the Global Head.
· Helping the COO across a wide-range of operational, administrative, communication and business
development related tasks and on reporting.
· Collaborating in the monitoring of operational risk and implementing reviews on both trading and sales
activities.
· Ensuring SG activities comply with market guidelines and rules.
· Interacting with various
Organization for the Head of Capital Market Support - Back-office brokerage and fees (Internship), Calyon
Following the merger of Credit Agricole SA and Credit Lyonnais Investment Banking: analysing the working process related to the payment of brokerage fees (for securities, cash exchange, derivatives, futures and options).
· Defining an efficient working method to improve the productivity, increase the treatment capacities of the
BO and reduce payment delays.
· In cooperation with the Front Office IT developers: setting up of updated brokerage fees in a new FO and
straight through processing application. Results: improvement of the performance of the BO staff who no
longer needs to calculate the fees when receiving the brokerage bill. Less risk and time saved.
· Interviewing top managers in the audited company.
· Working under short deadlines, contact with clients, team works.
· Reviewing and performing tests of internal controls and watching out for financial imbalances.
· Identifying audit issues and proposing solutions.
· Filling out audit reports.
· Auditing large companies such as Phillip Morris, Galleries Lafayette, Metro…..
