• Cash Flows & capital employed analysis of the company’s Europe Global Downstream activities
• Income statement control, providing variance analysis and commentary on period comparisons and performance against plan
• Financial analysis & performance reporting of EMEA service departments

Responsible for the financial control of NCR’s operations in Spain and Portugal, directly reporting to EMEA CFO. NCR is the leader technology provider of ATMs and Data Warehouse, with a year turnover of $6bn

• Produce monthly forecast on sales, revenue and expenses. Provide proactive analysis on customers and business profitability and communicate risk assessments to business management
• Provide Financial expertise: cash flow analysis, compensation plans & internal transfer pricing
• Financial internal control. Full compliance with revenue recognition policies (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)
