In addition to managing the day to day running of the company, Adrian is responsible for the developing the services that EasyWebRecruitment offers. Originally, EasyWeb's service focused on advertising on generalist and specialist job boards and screening the respondents into a shortlist for clients. Whilst this is service is still at the heart of what they do over the past 3.5 years the EasyWeb service has developed to include:

CV Database searching (Monster, TotalJobs, Jobsite etc)
Branded & Featured Adverts (Totaljobs & Jobsite)
Social Networking searching (Linkedin, Xing, Viadeo)
Personality Profiling (PeopleMaps)
Applicant Tracking Software (Hireserve)

He is responsible for maximising the value of the flat fee of £699 that is charged to manage a vacancy for 4 weeks.
