2001 - 2003Responsibilities
Started in 2001 as financial analyst responsible for analysis and consolidation of accounts from different group companies in the UK, France, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
Monthly reconciliation and analysis of sales.
Preparation of budgets, Cash flow forecast and monitoring over actual performances.
In May 2002, I became the group financial controller.
Analysis of results to support the targets, sales, Ebita and Working capital.
Analysing and consolidation of monthly and quarterly reports for the individual company of the group.
Analysing and consolidation of annual budget processes including target-performance comparison. Cross company corporate analysis, management information key-performance indicators.
A role to support and assist Business Directors within the organization in their decision-making capabilities, performing control reviews, assisting with and managing a variety of projects within various functional areas.
