- training Green and Black Belts using material developed in-house

- coaching the Belt population
2006 - 2009Reporting to the EMEA Six Sigma Director and a member of the senior management team, I am responable for all Six Sigma activities in France and all Business Simplification activities in EMEA. My principle activites are :
